A reprogrammed (RP) phage‐based nanovaccine platform has been developed that allows single‐step assembly with precise control over adjuvanticity, antigen density, and nanoparticle size. By enhancing TLR9 activation and neoantigen display, this platform enables a potent personalized vaccine targeting tumor‐specific neoantigens. When combined with immune

Supported lipid bilayers coupled with multielectrode array devices offer significant promise for pathogen–host cell membrane interaction studies. This work demonstrates, for the first time, the compatibility of this platform with biological fluids, in this case whole human blood, essential for any future point‐of‐care applications; as well as its ...

This work investigates by the ROP process the chemical structure, thermal, optical and biocompatibility with living cells of the pyrene‐functionalized Py(PCL), Py(PLLA) homopolymers, and Py(PCL‐b‐PLLA) copolymers. It thoroughly confirms their stability, great fluorescence, and capacity to support MCF‐7 cell growth.
