De Novo Multi‐Mechanism Antimicrobial Peptide Design via Multimodal Deep Learning
Current AI‐driven peptide discovery often overlooks complex structural data. This study presents M3‐CAD, a generative pipeline that leverages 3D voxel coloring and a massive database of over 12 000 peptides to capture nuanced physicochemical contexts.

Oscillatory and asymptotic properties of fractional delay differential equations
This article discusses the oscillatory and asymptotic properties of a test delay differential system involving a non-integer derivative order. We formulate corresponding criteria via explicit necessary and sufficient conditions that enable direct ...

Restrict-and-relax search for 0-1 mixed-integer programs
A highly desirable characteristic of methods for solving 0-1 mixed-integer programs is that they should be capable of producing high-quality solutions quickly.

Causal Prediction of TP53 Variant Pathogenicity Using a Perturbation‐Informed Protein Language Model
A TP53‐specific predictor, CaVepP53, is developed by fine‐tuning ESMC on experimentally validated variants, quantifying pathogenicity via Euclidean distances. It outperforms general‐purpose models and extends to five cancer genes, enabling interpretable variant classification for precision medicine.

Concerning the Solutions of Some Lebesgue-Ramanujan-Nagell Equations
In this paper, we provide a complete classification of the integer solutions to the Diophantine equation $x^2 + 3^a 19^b 73^c = \lambda y^n,$ where \( \lambda = 2^{\delta} \), \( x, y \geq 1 \), \( a, b, c, \delta \geq 0 \), \( n \geq 3 \), \( \gcd(x, y)

On the Number of Nonnegative Solutions to the Inequality a1 +....ar < n [PDF]
In this paper, we present a simple and fast method for counting the number of nonnegative integer solutions to the equality a1x1+a2x2+: : :+arxr = n where a1; a2; :::; ar and n are positive integers.

A Perspective on Interactive Theorem Provers in Physics
Into an interactive theorem provers (ITPs), one can write mathematical definitions, theorems and proofs, and the correctness of those results is automatically checked. This perspective goes over the best usage of ITPs within physics and motivates the open‐source community run project PhysLean, the aim of which is to be a library for digitalized physics

Photon‐Sphere Modes in Curved Optical Microcavities: A Black‐Hole Analogue Laser
An optical analogue of a Schwarzschild black hole is realized using curved microcavities that preserve light‐like geodesics. A new family of laser modes confined around the photon sphere is identified alongside conventional whispering‐gallery modes. Analytical theory, numerical simulations, and experiments reveal curvature‐induced confinement, enabling

On $X$-coordinates of Pell equations which are repdigits
Let $b\ge 2$ be a given integer. In this paper, we show that there only finitely many positive integers $d$ which are not squares, such that the Pell equation $X^2-dY^2=1$ has two positive integer solutions $(X,Y)$ with the property that their $X ...
