Threshold amplitudes in field theories and integrable systems

open access: yes, 1995
We discuss the threshold tree amplitudes in diverse nonintegrable quantum field theories in the framework of integrability. The amplitudes are related to some Baker functions defined on the auxiliary spectral curves and the nullification phenomena are ...

Supersymmetric integrable scattering theories with unstable particles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We propose scattering matrices for N=1 supersymmetric integrable quantum field theories in 1+1 dimensions which involve unstable particles in their spectra.

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

Effective Quantum Field Theory for the Thermodynamical Bethe Ansatz

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
We construct an effective Quantum Field Theory for the wrapping effects in 1+1 dimensional models of factorised scattering. The recently developed graph-theoretical approach to TBA gives the perturbative desctiption of this QFT.

Boundary Effects in Integrable Field Theory on a Half Line [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
Abstarct: Boundary effects caused by the boundary interactions in various integrable field theories on a half line are discussed at the classical as well as the quantum level. Only the so-called ``integrable" boundary interactions are discussed. They are

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Integrable coupled bosonic massive Thirring model and its nonlocal reductions

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
A coupled bosonic massive Thirring model (BMTM), involving an interaction between the two independent spinors, is introduced and shown to be integrable.

Entanglement and confinement in coupled quantum systems

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We study some general properties of coupled quantum systems. We consider simple interactions between two copies of identical Hamiltonians such as the SYK model, Pauli spin chains with random magnetic field and harmonic oscillators.

Exact solutions to quantum field theories and integrable equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 1996
The exact solutions to quantum string and gauge field theories are discussed and their formulation in the framework of integrable systems is presented.
