Summary: An integrable coupling hierarchy of Dirac integrable hierarchy is presented by means of zero curvature representation. A Hamiltonian operator involving two parameters is introduced, and it is used to derive a pair of Hamiltonian operators. A bi-Hamiltonian structure of the obtained integrable coupling hierarchy is constructed with the aid of ...

Dispersionless Integrable Hierarchy via Kodaira–Spencer Gravity [PDF]
We explain how dispersionless integrable hierarchy in 2d topological field theory arises from the Kodaira-Spencer gravity (BCOV theory). The infinitely many commuting Hamiltonians are given by the current observables associated to the infinite abelian symmetries of the Kodaira-Spencer gravity. We describe a BV framework of effective field theories that

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

A Few Integrable Couplings of Some Integrable Systems and (2+1)-Dimensional Integrable Hierarchies
Two high-dimensional Lie algebras are presented for which four (1+1)-dimensional expanding integrable couplings of the D-AKNS hierarchy are obtained by using the Tu scheme; one of them is a united integrable coupling model of the D-AKNS hierarchy and the

Kadomtsev–Petviashvili Hierarchy: Negative Times
The Kadomtsev–Petviashvili equation is known to be the leading term of a semi-infinite hierarchy of integrable equations with evolutions given by times with positive numbers. Here, we introduce new hierarchy directed to negative numbers of times.

Liouville correspondences between multicomponent integrable hierarchies [PDF]
In this paper, we establish Liouville correspondences for the integrable two-component Camassa-Holm hierarchy, the two-component Novikov (Geng-Xue) hierarchy, and the two-component dual dispersive water wave hierarchy by means of the related Liouville transformations. This extends previous results on the scalar Camassa-Holm and KdV hierarchies, and the

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Negative flows of generalized KdV and mKdV hierarchies and their gauge-Miura transformations
The KdV hierarchy is a paradigmatic example of the rich mathematical structure underlying integrable systems and has far-reaching connections in several areas of theoretical physics.
