On the Inverse of an Integral Operator [PDF]
where h(r) and h'(r) are finite at r = 0. The equation (1) arises in connection with the solution of the reduced wave equation in the plane slit along the x-axis from 1 to + 1 [1I. In [1] the following result was proven: Let h denote the class of. complex functions 0 which are Holder continuous in a neighborhood of each point of (-1, 1) and further ...

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

On the Inverse of Integral Operators with Kernal Operators [PDF]
The author studies the boundedness of a special class of integral operators in Hilbert space. A simple necessary condition is given for the considered operator to be a Carleman type operator. By studying the inverse of the integral operator the author provides a new method for the inversion of an integral equation of Carleman type. The theory presented

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

On Certain Analogues of Noor Integral Operators Associated with Fractional Integrals
In this paper, we employ a q-Noor integral operator to perform a q-analogue of certain fractional integral operator defined on an open unit disc. Then, we make use of the Hadamard convolution product to discuss several related results.

Eigenvalues of Volterra Operator [PDF]
Integral equations frequently appear in many mechanics problems. Several of them are grouped based on the location of an unknown function or the integration interval. Here we have a boundary problem that will be rearranged into Volterra integral equation.

Integral operators with operator-valued kernels
Let \((X,\|.\|_X),(Y,\|.\|_Y)\) be Banach spaces with norms \(\|.\|_X\), \(\|.\|_Y\), and let \((S,{\mathcal S},v)\), \((T,{\mathcal T},\mu)\), be \(\sigma\)-finite measure spaces. If \(1\leq p \alpha\})= 0\}. \] The class of bounded linear operators from \(X\) into \(Y\) is denoted by \({\mathcal B}(X,Y)\), and the adjoint space of bounded linear ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.
