pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Some results on quantum Hahn integral inequalities
In this paper the quantum Hahn difference operator and the quantum Hahn integral operator are defined via the quantum shift operator Φqθ(t)=qt+(1−q)θ $_{\theta }\varPhi _{q}(t)=qt+(1-q)\theta $, t∈[a,b] $t\in [a,b]$, θ=ω/(1−q)+a $\theta = \omega /(1-q)+a$

Volterra-stieltjes integral operators
The authors show that, under suitable growth and monotonicity assumptions on the data, the Volterra-Stieltjes integral operator \[ Vx(t) =\int^t_0v\bigl(s,x(s) \bigr)\,ds\,g(t,s)\quad (0\leq t\leq 1) \] maps the space \(C[0,1]\) into the space \(BV[0,1]\) (resp. \(BV[0,1]\cap C[0,1])\) and is both continuous and compact.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

Discrete Integrals and Axiomatically Defined Functionals
Several discrete universal integrals on finite universes are discussed from an axiomatic point of view. We start from the first attempt due to B. Riemann and cover also most recent approaches based on level dependent capacities.

Bounds of a Unified Integral Operator via Exponentially s,m-Convexity and Their Consequences
Various known fractional and conformable integral operators can be obtained from a unified integral operator. The aim of this paper is to find bounds of this unified integral operator via exponentially s,m-convex functions.

ON UNIVALENCE OF INTEGRAL OPERATORS
In this paper we consider functions of psi(lambda) and we define integral operators denoted by F-beta,F-lambda and G(beta, lambda) using by psi(lambda), then we proved sufficient conditions for univalence of these integral operators.
