SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, 1994 The author provides an explicit diagonalization of Abel's integral operator \(A\), given by \((Af) (x) =\) \(\int^ \infty_ x (y^ 2 - x^ 2)^{-1/2} f(y)dy\). This diagonalization has also been applied to stellar wind tomography, and apparently provides a quick diagonalization of \(A\).

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC.
