On eigenfunction expansion of solutions to the Hamilton equations
We establish a spectral representation for solutions to linear Hamilton equations with positive definite energy in a Hilbert space. Our approach is a special version of M.

The diagnosis of atrial cardiomyopathy (AtCM) requires electrical atrial dysfunction, with evidence of either mechanical atrial dysfunction, atrial enlargement, or excessive atrial fibrosis. The diagnostic cut‐points presented are for standard electrocardiogram and echocardiogram studies (see Figure 1 for further detail).

Abstract Quantitative risk assessments of chemicals are routinely performed using in vivo data from rodents; however, there is growing recognition that non‐animal approaches can be human‐relevant alternatives. There is an urgent need to build confidence in non‐animal alternatives given the international support to reduce the use of animals in toxicity ...

Abstract Exposure levels without appreciable human health risk may be determined by dividing a point of departure on a dose–response curve (e.g., benchmark dose) by a composite adjustment factor (AF). An “effect severity” AF (ESAF) is employed in some regulatory contexts.

Inherited metabolic epilepsies–established diseases, new approaches
Abstract Inherited metabolic epilepsies (IMEs) represent the inherited metabolic disorders (IMDs) in which epilepsy is a prevailing component, often determining other neurodevelopmental outcomes associated with the disorder. The different metabolic pathways affected by individual IMEs are the basis of their rarity and heterogeneity.

A posteriori error estimation and adaptivity in stochastic Galerkin FEM for parametric elliptic PDEs: beyond the affine case [PDF]
We consider a linear elliptic partial differential equation (PDE) with a generic uniformly bounded parametric coefficient. The solution to this PDE problem is approximated in the framework of stochastic Galerkin finite element methods.

Performance Analysis of Pulse Detonation Micro Gas Turbines Under Typical Operating Conditions
ABSTRACT Considering the benefits of pulse detonation combustion, including low entropy increase, high cycle thermal efficiency, and self‐pressurization, a performance calculation model for a pulse detonation micro gas turbine was established using methane as fuel. The study primarily investigated the impact of component parameters, ambient conditions,

ABSTRACT The role of magnetic induction is declared fundamental in many technological systems, including electric generators, inductors, transformers, and so on. This is an important source for converting energy from one form to another while utilizing electromagnetic induction. This phenomenon is efficient when the induced magnetic field is introduced

The Discretization‐Corrected Particle Strength Method for the Barotropic Vorticity Equations
Numerical solution for the barotropic vorticity equation in complex geometry using the meshless point collocation method. The spatial domain is represented by a set of nodes. The collocation method numerically solves the strong form governing equations.

Incremental Model Order Reduction of Smoothed‐Particle Hydrodynamic Simulations
The paper presents the development of an incremental singular value decomposition strategy for compressing time‐dependent particle simulation results, addressing gaps in the data matrices caused by temporally inactive particles. The approach reduces memory requirements by about 90%, increases the computational effort by about 10%, and preserves the ...
