Integrated chassis control using ANFIS

2008 IEEE International Conference on Automation and Logistics, 2008
A nonlinear control system that integrated active front steering system and vehicle dynamics control system based on a multi-body vehicle dynamic model is introduced in this paper. The multibody vehicle dynamic model based on ADAMS can accurately predict the dynamics performance of the vehicle.

Vehicle path tracking by integrated chassis control

Journal of Central South University, 2015
The control problem of trajectory based path following for passenger vehicles is studied. Comprehensive nonlinear vehicle model is utilized for simulation vehicle response during various maneuvers in MATLAB/Simulink. In order to follow desired path, a driver model is developed to enhance closed loop driver/vehicle model.

Integrated Control of Vehicle Chassis Based on PID

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2014
In control system of vehicle chassis, two integrated control sub-systems of chassis have achieved some better results than a single sub-system control. However the two integrated sub-system control can not improve some dynamic performance on vehicle when other sub-system of chassis is disturbed.

Dual-mode Control Allocation for Integrated Chassis Stabilization

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2014
A hierarchical control architecture for lateral stabilization in automotive vehicles is proposed in this paper. The proposed direct yaw stabilization strategy is based on the optimal coordination of two conventional stabilization systems (differential brake and traction torque transfer).

Integrated Chassis Control System for Improving Vehicle Stability

2006 IEEE International Conference on Vehicular Electronics and Safety, 2006
The control authorities of active front steer, active rear wheel steer, brake-based stability control system and 4 WD-based stability control system are compared and analyzed. The results show that these systems are reciprocal for each other and the vehicle stability and handling can be improved through coordinated control. Based on the analysis result,

Integrated chassis control with adaptive algorithms

Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part D: Journal of Automobile Engineering, 2015
This paper presents the application of adaptive algorithms to integrated chassis control. Integrated chassis control uses electronic stability control and active front steering as actuators. In order to generate the control yaw moment using electronic stability control and active front steering, and to coordinate the relative magnitude of the tyre ...
