AZO Thin Films by Sol-Gel Process for Integrated Optics
Undoped and aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) thin films are prepared by the sol-gel process. Zinc acetate dihydrate, ethanol, and monoethanolamine are used as precursor, solvent, and stabilizer, respectively.

Three-dimensional, multi-wavelength beam formation with integrated metasurface optics for Sr laser cooling [PDF]
We demonstrate the formation of a complex, multi-wavelength, three-dimensional laser beam configuration with integrated metasurface optics. Our experiments support the development of a compact Sr optical-lattice clock, which leverages magneto-optical trapping on atomic transitions at 461 nm and 689 nm without bulk free-space optics.

On-Chip Optical Switching with Epsilon-Near-Zero Metamaterials [PDF]
We present a multifunctional on-chip optical device utilizing epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) metamaterials, allowing precise beam control through phase modulation. This design acts as both an all-optical switch and a tunable beam splitter, providing compact and scalable solutions for integrated photonic applications.

Optical phased array using phase-controlled optical frequency comb [PDF]
We developed an optical phased array using an optical frequency comb and demonstrated its proof-of-principle. Optical phased arrays have been actively developed in recent years as a technology that can control the wavefront of light without any mechanical devices like phased array radar.
