Nasolabial Flap in Oncologic Oral Cavity Reconstruction: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.The nasolabial flap provides a reliable local reconstructive option for selected small‐ to oncologic oral cavity defects, with low flap‐related complications and minimal donor‐site morbidity. Outcomes should nevertheless be interpreted according to defect characteristics, flap design, and the predominantly retrospective nature of the available evidence.
