Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Development of Interactive E-Modules for Elementary Students: Enhancing Learning Outcomes
This study aims to develop an interactive e-module that can improve elementary school students' learning outcomes and provide a more interesting learning experience. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, tests, and document recording, which were ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Tech-Based interactive E-module: a flexible learning material in biochemistry
This study reports the design, development, and evaluation of a Tech-Based Interactive E-Module (TBIEM) for teaching Biochemistry, with a focus on Lipids. Following the ADDIE model and using the Research and Development framework of Borg and Gall, we created a flexible learning tool on the Adapt platform and evaluated it with ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Improving critical thinking ability in elementary schools with interactive e-modules
This research project focuses on developing an interactive e-module specifically designed to improve critical thinking skills in elementary school students. To achieve this goal, we used a research and development approach based on the 4D model, involving 36 fourth-grade students at Pasirhuni State Elementary School, Indonesia as the research sample ...

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
