FXYD3 Promotes Tumor Progression by Binding With IRF7 to Regulate JAK2/STAT5 Signaling in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

FXYD3 binds IRF7 via its 60–87aa domain, triggering a cGAS/STING‐mediated positive feedback loop amplified by type I interferon. This sustains JAK2/STAT5 activation, accelerating ICC progression.
