Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study introduces MnSTF, a soft‐drug‐inspired nanoadjuvant that overcomes the systemic toxicity of STING agonists. Through Mn2+ coordination with an ENPP1 inhibitor, it enables safe cGAS‐STING activation, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and synergizes with radiotherapy or vaccines to elicit robust antitumor immunity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Triple‐negative breast cancer cells express high levels of interleukin‐11 (IL‐11) that can form complexes with soluble IL‐11 receptor (sIL‐11R). These complexes can bind to gp130 on the membrane of natural killer (NK) cells through trans‐signaling to activate JAK1/STAT1/3/p21 downstream pathway.
