One interferon gamma receptor binds one interferon gamma dimer.
We investigated the stoichiometry of the interferon gamma and interferon gamma receptor interaction, using recombinant interferon gamma and recombinant soluble interferon gamma receptor, applying chemical cross-linking and chromatographic techniques, and analyzing the resulting products in denaturing polyacrylamide gels.

This work presents ARC‐3D, a soft 3D model that recreates how brain support cells, called astrocytes, react to oxidative stress. The system visualizes rapid calcium changes and inflammatory signals, and shows how the drug KDS12025 can protect cells from damage. ARC‐3D offers a simple, reliable way to study early drivers of brain inflammation.

Design and Synthesis of Peptide‐Polyester Conjugates for Cell‐Mediated Scaffold Degradation
This work describes polycaprolactone (PCL)‐based biomaterials engineered to degrade in response to cell‐secreted proteases. A fast‐degrading peptide (Fast) sequence is integrated into a PCL conjugate backbone to produce a biomaterial that is selectively degraded by multiple cell types compared to its scrambled control (ScrFast).
