Tinea corporis at the injection site of interleukin-17 inhibitor in psoriasis vulgaris
British Journal of DermatologyWe report a patient with psoriasis vulgaris who developed tinea corporis at the injection site of ixekizumab, an IL-17 inhibitor. This case suggests that local inhibition of IL-17 may reduce dermatophyte resistance, leading to site-specific fungal infections.
