Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Quantum Energies of Interfaces
We present a method for computing the one-loop, renormalized quantum energies of symmetrical interfaces of arbitrary dimension and codimension using elementary scattering data.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

A new class of two-layer Green-Naghdi systems with improved frequency dispersion [PDF]
We introduce a new class of Green-Naghdi type models for the propagation of internal waves between two (1+1)-dimensional layers of homogeneous, immiscible, ideal, incompressible, irrotational fluids, vertically delimited by a flat bottom and a rigid lid.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

In search of a preferred preference elicitation method: A test of the internal consistency of choice and matching tasks [PDF]
The numerous reports on preference reversals in preference elicitations pose a great challenge to empirical economics. Many studies have found that different procedures may generate substantially different preferences.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF QUESTIONNAIRES CONSISTENCY [PDF]
Surveys offer a method of critically testing concepts, and selecting them according to the results of tests, and the quality verification. The paper presents a study of internal consistency of the content of questionnaires, as a side of the quality ...

Testing nucleation theory in two dimensions [PDF]
We calculate bubble-nucleation rates for (2+1)-dimensional scalar theories at high temperature. Our approach is based on the notion of a real coarse-grained potential.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
