Mycotoxin exposure assessments in a multi-center European validation study by 24-hour dietary recall and biological fluid sampling [PDF]
The European Food Consumption Validation (EFCOVAL) project includes 600 men and women from Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, and Norway, who had given serum and 24-hour urine samples, and completed 24-hour dietary recall (24-HDR ...

Risks in U.S. Bank International Exposures [PDF]
U.S. banks maintain international exposures, with Europe and the Americas as key counterparty markets. In this paper, we show the evolving scope of these exposures and the changes in the embodied risks taken through bank cross-border activity, local claims, and derivative positions. Conclusions differ across types of U.S. banks.

Assessment of radio frequency exposures in schools, homes, and public places in Belgium [PDF]
Characterization of exposure from emerging radio frequency (RF) technologies in areas where children are present is important. Exposure to RF electromagnetic fields (EMF) was assessed in three "sensitive" microenvironments; namely, schools, homes, and ...

Map of the International Exposure of the Spanish Economy [PDF]
This paper analyses the levels of interdependence and risk that take place in the economic relations between Spain and a large number of countries. Bilateral data on commercial and financial links between Spain and the rest of the world are used in order to build, by means of a Principal Components Analysis, an interdependence index between Spain and ...

Features of internal human irradiation and problems of its dosimetry. I. Characterization of incorporated radionuclides and their dosimetry [PDF]
The literature data on the features of internal human exposure are presented. The following are analyzed: biokinetic models recommended by the ICRP; ecological-dosimetric model created in Ukraine and some methods of internal exposure dosimetry. Part I of

International market exposure to sovereign ESG
We quantify equity and bond market sensitivity to sovereign ESG scores and their variations which, theoretically, is equivalent to evaluating the demand for ESG at the global scale. We do so by estimating a longitudinal model, at the issue level, that captures exposures to sovereign ESG factors for both equity and fixed income indices.
