Pulse Repetition Interval Detection using Statistical Modeling

Proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems, 2016
Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI) Modulation Detection is an important subsystem of a typical electronic warfare support system. In this paper, a robust, fast, and well designed structure for detection of simple and complex PRI modulations based on statistical and sequential analysis of Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI) is proposed. Accuracy and robustness

Expressing Time Intervals and Repetition Within a Formalization of Calendars

Computational Intelligence, 1998
We investigate a formal representation of time units, calendars, and time unit instances as restricted temporal entities for reasoning about repeated events. We generalize Allen's interval relations to a class level, and based on interval classes we define time units.

Effect of Retention Interval on the Cue Repetition Effect

The American Journal of Psychology, 1985
Cue repetition can interfere with cued recall (Overton & Adolphson, 1979). In two experiments we showed that in agreement with a contextual change hypothesis this effect is reduced when the interval between the repetition of the cue and the test is lengthened.

Discrimination of repetitive intervals by younger and older listeners.

The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 2010
The study measured listener sensitivity to increments in the inter-onset intervals (IOIs) separating successive 20-ms 4000-Hz tone bursts in isochronous sequences. Stimulus sequences contained from 2–6 tone bursts, separated equally by IOIs in the range of 25–100 ms across stimulus conditions.

Interdependence of Beach Fill Volumes and Repetition Intervals

Journal of Waterway, Port, Coastal, and Ocean Engineering, 1994
Shore protection by beach nourishment is an environmentally favored method but is dependent on the availability of sand and its cost. Therefore, in order to save on cost and sand resources it is essential to keep the annual sand requirement for nourishment to a minimum.

Classification of Pulse Repetition Interval Modulations Using Neural Networks

2018 IEEE Symposium Series on Computational Intelligence (SSCI), 2018
Repetition Intervals (PRI)-the distances between consecutive times of arrival of radar pulses-are important characteristics that help identify the emitting source. The recognition of various PRI modulation types under the assumption of missing and spurious pulses is a classical yet challenging problem.

INTERVAL REPETITION AS AN EFFECTIVE METHOD OF LEARNING NEW VOCABULARY

Iasaýı ýnıversıtetіnіń habarshysy, 2022
The twenty-first century is a century of information technology, globalization, global political, economic, religious and cultural integration. In this regard, English is the language of the whole world, and the number of English language learners is also increasing.

Repetitive learning control of nonlinear systems over finite intervals

Science China Information Sciences, 2010
Iterative learning control requires initial repositioning, while the time functions to be learned should be of periodicity in repetitive control. However, there are cases in practice where the time-varying unknowns are not periodic but repetitive, and repetitive learning control is applicable with avoidance of initial repositioning.

Effect of Interrepetition Rest Intervals on Weight Training Repetition Power Output

The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, 2006
The purpose of this study was to determine the change in weight training repetition power output as a consequence of interrepetition rest intervals. Twenty-six elite junior male basketball and soccer players performed bench presses using a 6 repetition maximum (6RM) load. The power output for each repetition was recorded using a linear encoder sampling

THE EFFECT OF REST INTERVAL LENGTH ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF SQUAT AND BENCH PRESS REPETITIONS

Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, 2006
The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of 3 different rest intervals on the sustainability of squat and bench press repetitions over 5 consecutive sets performed with a 15 repetition maximum (RM)-load. Fifteen college-age men with previous resistance training experience were tested weekly over a period of 3 weeks.
