Role of microRNA-21 in uveal melanoma cell invasion and metastasis by regulating p53 and its downstream protein [PDF]
AIM: To reveal the insight mechanism of liver metastasis in uveal melanoma, we investigated cell functions of microRNA-21 in three different uveal melanoma cell lines and analyze the relationship of target gene p53 and its downstream targets.

Decoding Undesirable Inflammatory Responses of Nucleic Acid‐Delivering Lipid Nanoparticles
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) enable efficient nucleic acid delivery, but their immunogenicity is a double‐edged sword. This review explores LNP‐driven innate and adaptive immunity, covering lipid components, endosomal escape, and nucleic acid sensing.

Intraocular Medulloepithelioma
Intraocular medulloepithelioma is a congenital tumor of the ciliary epithelium that typically presents during the first decade of life. The histologic diagnosis is based on characteristic ribbons of pseudostratified neuroepithelium admixed with loose mesenchymal tissue rich in hyaluronic acid, vaguely resembling developing retina and vitreous.
