PERINATAL CEREBRAL INTRAVENTRICULAR HEMORRHAGE
Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey, 1972Intraventricular hemorrhage was found in 148 instances among 714 consecutive autopsies on stillborn and newborn infants. Increased incidence among the poor and non-Caucasian infants and among infants with congenital pneumonia was related to the higher incidence of premature births in these groups.

Traumatic primary intraventricular hemorrhage
Surgical Neurology, 1981Two patients with primary intraventricular hemorrhage following mild head injury are presented. Both patients experienced a rapid loss of consciousness after a lucid interval following the head injury.
