Intranasal Ectopic Tooth in an Adolescent With Unilateral Cleft Lip and Palate: A Case Report
Clinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 11, November 2026.ABSTRACT A 14‐year‐old male with repaired cleft lip and palate presented with unilateral foul‐smelling nasal discharge, obstruction, and facial pain. CT identified an intranasal ectopic tooth with chronic sinusitis. Surgical removal using a Caldwell Luc approach resulted in symptom resolution.
