From Photo‐Damage to Self‐Healing in Thin Film Pb‐Iodide Perovskites: Action at a Distance
Fluorescence imaging uncovers pronounced spatial and temporal changes in photoluminescence of halide perovskite films following laser‐induced damage. Modifications spatially extend well beyond the illuminated region and evolve over distinct time scales ranging from seconds to many hours, revealing material‐specific self‐healing pathways. These findings

Scintillation Response of 0D Cs3Cu2I5 Thin Layers to Light‐ and Heavy‐Ion Irradiation
Driven by increasing interest in uncovering the remarkable photoluminescence quantum yield of Cs3Cu2I5, polycrystalline thin layers are synthesized to investigate its radioluminescence response to energetic ions. Its spectroscopic capability is assessed in a wide range of ion mass and internal excitation processes are explored.

Physical features of accumulation and distribution processes of small disperse coal dust precipitations and absorbed radioactive chemical elements in iodine air filter at nuclear power plant [PDF]
The physical features of absorption process of radioactive chemical elements and their isotopes in the iodine air filters of the type of AU-1500 at the nuclear power plants are researched. It is shown that the non-homogenous spatial distribution of absorbed radioactive chemical elements and their isotopes in the iodine air filter, probed by the gamma ...

Abstract A modular synthesis of 2,3,4,6‐tetrasubstituted thieno[2,3‐c]furans, which employs a formal [3+2] cycloaddition utilizing the [1,2]‐phospha‐Brook rearrangement and a subsequent Brønsted base‐mediated cyclization, has been established, providing an efficient access to a wide range of densely functionalized thieno[2,3‐c]furans that are otherwise

Bee Better: The Role of Honey in Modern Wound Care
The use of honey as a wound care agent is controversial but paradoxically increasingly popular. Honey possesses relevant antimicrobial properties and can modulate the immune system. The wound healing properties of honey likely depend on its composition and varies across wound types.
