Study on Consistency of Salt Iodization in Salt Factories
The study was conducted among the salt factories located in four different zones-Narayangonj, Chittagong, Patiya and Khulna, who have SIP'S (Salt lodization Plant) and produce iodized Salts. A law was enacted which made the mixing of iodine at 45 to 50 ppm level mandatory to all the salt factories in Bangladesh.

Abstract While arylazo sulfones have been widely applied as arylating agents, their exploitation for diazenylation reactions has been previously limited to electron‐rich alkenes such as styrenes and silyl enol ethers. Herein we optimized a synthetic one‐pot protocol to access oxazolyl azo compounds via a selective domino ring‐closing/aryldiazenylation ...

Gold‐Catalyzed Synthesis of Fluorenones via Intramolecular C–H Arylation
Starting from 2‐diazobenzophenones, a straightforward synthesis of valuable fluorenones via a gold‐catalyzed one‐pot oxidation, C–H activation, and cyclization is described. The addition of ascorbic acid, the correct selection of the counteranion of the 2‐diazobenzophenones, and the use of terpyridine as an auxiliary ligand are crucial for the reaction
