FDX1 Depletion Activates CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity by Promoting DMBT1 Secretion in Cuproptosis of Colorectal Cancer

Discovery of Ro 41‐0960, a Non‐Steroidal Inhibitor of the Na+/K+‐ATPase

Ro 41‐0960 is a non‐steroidal Na+/K+‐ATPase inhibitor with low micromolar potency and a mixed inhibitory mechanism distinct from classical cardiotonic steroids, without acute pro‐arrhythmic effects in human cardiomyocytes. The Na+/K+‐ATPase (NKA) is a central regulator of cardiac ion homeostasis and a validated target for heart failure.
