2008Tankoslojnom je kromatografijom ispitana prisutnost aminokiselina, flavonoida i alkaloida u listovima vrste Ipomea batatas (L.) Lam. Pod pretpostavkom da su polifenoli, naročito flavonoidi, glavni nosioci antioksidativne aktivnosti, spektrofotometrijski je određen njihov sadržaj u drogi i ekstraktima.
