Progress in computing inclusive B decay spectra.
We review the progress in the QCD calculation of inclusive decay spectra. It was recently shown that the inherent infrared finiteness of inclusive spectra extends beyond the level of logarithms.

Sol–gel‐derived ZnO–rGO hybrid nanoparticles enable Al7075 powder‐metallurgy composites to achieve concurrent gains in hardness and thermal conductivity while markedly lowering friction and wear. The hybrid architecture couples ZnO‐based load support with rGO‐assisted lamellar sliding and heat spreading, revealing a promising route toward lightweight ...

Density Functional Study of a Helical Organic Cation
We report on the first stage of our theoretical study of the quino[2,3,4-kl]acridinium,1,13-dimethoxy-5,9-dipropyl-cation. This molecule, involved in the synthesis of novel triazaangulenium dyes of high chemical stability, is a chiral [4 ...

Spread spectrum techniques for indoor wireless IR communications [PDF]
Multipath dispersion and fluorescent light\ud interference are two major problems in indoor\ud wireless infrared communications systems. Multipath\ud dispersion introduces intersymhol interference\ud at data rates above 10 Mb/s, while\ud fluorescent light induces severe narrowband\ud interference to baseband modulation schemes\ud commonly used such as ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

The far-infrared spectrum of S140 IR
The spectrum of S140 IR from 65 to 345 kaysers (155-29 microns) has been measured with 9.4-kayser resolution. The emission in this spectral range is consistent with a 9-arcsec-diameter blackbody radiating at a temperature of 70 K. Attempts at finding a self-consistent radiative-transfer model of the source suggest that the near- and far-infrared ...

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron

Mass spectrum of gapped, non-confining theories with multi-scale dynamics
We study the mass spectrum of spin-0 and spin-2 composite states in a one-parameter family of three-dimensional field theories by making use of their dual descriptions in terms of supergravity.
