Post‐marketing surveillance of quetiapine fumarate extended‐release tablets in patients with bipolar depression

This study assessed the real‐world effectiveness and safety of Bipresso® 50 mg and 150 mg (quetiapine fumarate extended‐release tablets) in bipolar depression patients over a 12‐week observation period. In the safety analysis group (n = 345), 32.17% experienced adverse drug reactions (ADRs), with somnolence being the most common (15.94%).
