Dynamic Combinatorial Chemistry Generates Adaptative Libraries of Glyco‐Dyn[n]Arenes That can Be Templated to Produce Anti‐Adhesive Glycoconjugates Targeting Pseudomonas aeruginosa

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
DCC enables the formation of glycocluster libraries through reversible disulfide exchange. Nanomolar ligands for multiple lectins (ConA, LecA, and LecB) were identified in a simple experimental set up, purified, and displayed nanomolar affinity with anti‐infectious properties.

OMIP‐116: A 39‐Color Full Spectrum Flow Cytometric Panel to Deeply Characterize Human Thymopoiesis

open access: yesCytometry Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We report the development of a 39‐color (43‐parameter) full spectrum flow cytometry panel designed and optimized to deeply characterize the intrathymic development of human conventional and unconventional T cells. The panel was designed using strategies dictated by best practices for full spectrum and multiparametric flow cytometry, and was ...

Hierarchical clustering of clinical and flow cytometry parameters is associated with deterioration in patients with community‐acquired pneumonia in the emergency department: A preliminary study

open access: yesCytometry Part B: Clinical Cytometry, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Anticipating the evolution of septic patients with community‐acquired pneumonia (CAP) is challenging for front‐line physicians in the Emergency Department (ED). Prognosis depends mainly on early identification, antibiotics, organ support, but also immune status.

Leakage risk assessment system for salt cavern hydrogen storage

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
Establishment of a leakage risk evaluation system for salt cavern hydrogen storage reservoirs using the entropy weight method plus two‐dimensional cloud modeling approach. Abstract Salt cavern hydrogen storage (SCHS) is an important component of large‐scale underground hydrogen storage, with advantages such as large hydrogen storage capacity and ...
