Spiking isotope dilution [PDF]

open access: possibleJournal of Radioanalytical Chemistry, 1975
The isotope dilution method, which is based on the isolation of a constant substoichiometric amount, can be completed by a group of radiometric techniques in which this amount is a function of the concentration to be determined. It is convenient then to plot the experimental data in such a way that a straight line is obtained.

Determination of Copper by Isotopic Dilution

Biological Trace Element Research, 1994
A rapid and selective method was used for the determination of copper by isotopic dilution employing substoichiometric extraction with dithizone in carbon tetrachloride. The appropriate pH range for the substoichiometric extraction was 2-7. In the analysis, even a large excess of elements forming extractable complexes with dithizone does not interfere.
