In Vitro and Clinical Evaluations of UGT1A1‐, P‐gp‐, OATP1B1‐, and BCRP‐Mediated Drug–Drug Interactions of Belumosudil, a Potent ROCK2 Inhibitor

open access: yesThe Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Volume 65, Issue 8, Page 1026-1038, August 2025.
Abstract Belumosudil is an oral selective rho‐associated coiled‐coil containing protein kinase 2 inhibitor, approved as a treatment for chronic graft‐versus‐host disease. Prior clinical studies demonstrated that coadministration with strong CYP3A4 inducers or proton pump inhibitors requires dose modification of belumosudil.

Aluminium induced esterase activity and isozyme pattern in barley root tip

open access: yesPlant, Soil and Environment, 2005
Changes in the activity of esterase as well as changes in the viability of root cells and some growth parameters were analysed during cultivation of barley seedlings in the artificial substrate under Al stress conditions.

Isozyme-nonselective N-Substituted Bipiperidylcarboxamide Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase Inhibitors Reduce Tissue Malonyl-CoA Concentrations, Inhibit Fatty Acid Synthesis, and Increase Fatty Acid Oxidation in Cultured Cells and in Experimental Animals*

open access: yesJournal of Biological Chemistry, 2003
Inhibition of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), with its resultant inhibition of fatty acid synthesis and stimulation of fatty acid oxidation, has the potential to favorably affect the multitude of cardiovascular risk factors associated with the metabolic ...

Protein aggregation and neurodegenerative disease: Structural outlook for the novel therapeutics

open access: yesProteins: Structure, Function, and Bioinformatics, Volume 93, Issue 8, Page 1314-1329, August 2025.
Abstract Before the controversial approval of humanized monoclonal antibody lecanemab, which binds to the soluble amyloid‐β protofibrils, all the treatments available earlier, for Alzheimer's disease (AD) were symptomatic. The researchers are still struggling to find a breakthrough in AD therapeutic medicine, which is partially attributable to lack in ...

Cadmium induced changes in cell wall peroxidase isozyme pattern in barley root tips

open access: yesPlant, Soil and Environment, 2006
Changes in peroxidase activity as well as isozyme peroxidase pattern were analyzed in five cell wall (CW) fractions of barley roots exposed to 1mM CdCl2for 48 and 72 h.

A Genetic Map of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) with Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism, Isozyme, Disease Resistance and Morphological Markers.

open access: yesGenetics, 1987
A detailed linkage map of lettuce was constructed using 53 genetic markers including 41 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) loci, five downy mildew resistance genes, four isozyme loci and three morphological markers.

Molecular Adjustment to a Social Niche: Brain Transcriptomes Reveal Divergent Influence of Social Environment on the Two Queen Morphs of the Ant Temnothorax rugatulus

open access: yesMolecular Ecology, Volume 34, Issue 15, August 2025.
ABSTRACT Social insects form complex societies with division of labour between different female castes. In most species, a single queen heads the colony; in others, several queens share the task of reproduction. These different social organisations are often associated with distinct queen morphologies and life‐history strategies and occur in different ...

Comparison of isozyme and RAPD patterns for analysis of the genetic relationship in Dendrobium crystallinum and D. sp. [PDF]

open access: yesSongklanakarin Journal of Science and Technology (SJST), 2006
The genetic relationship in two Dendrobium species which had similar morphology was analyzed using cluster analysis by UPGMA from their isozyme and RAPD data. It was found that dendrogram of eight isozyme systems could distinguish D. crystallinum from D.
