Regularization and Iterative Methods for Monotone Variational Inequalities
We provide a general regularization method for monotone variational inequalities, where the regularizer is a Lipschitz continuous and strongly monotone operator. We also introduce an iterative method as discretization of the regularization method.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Iterative methods for nonlinear quasi complementarity problems
In this paper, we consider and study an iterative algorithm for finding the approximate solution of the nonlinear quasi complementarity problem of finding u ϵ k(u) such that Tu ϵ k*(u) and (u−m(u),Tu)=0 where m is a point-to-point mapping, T is a ...

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

Matrix completion by singular value thresholding: sharp bounds
We consider the matrix completion problem where the aim is to esti-mate a large data matrix for which only a relatively small random subset of its entries is observed.

High-Order Iterative Methods for the DMP Inverse
We investigate two iterative methods for computing the DMP inverse. The necessary and sufficient conditions for convergence of our schemes are considered and the error estimate is also derived.

Reliable iterative methods for 1D Swift–Hohenberg equation
In this paper, the nonlinear problem of the 1 D Swift-Hohenberg equation (S-HE) has been solved by using five reliable iterative methods. The first one is the Daftardar-Jafari method namely (DJM), the second method is the Temimi-Ansari method namely (TAM)
