A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

Output Feedback Control of Discrete Linear Repetitive Processes
Repetitive processes are a distinct class of 2D systems (i.e. information propagation in two independent directions) of both systems theoretic and applications interest.

Constructive Sobolev gradient preconditioning for semilinear elliptic systems
We present a Sobolev gradient type preconditioning for iterative methods used in solving second order semilinear elliptic systems; the n-tuple of independent Laplacians acts as a preconditioning operator in Sobolev spaces.

A simplified thermoplastic pultrusion model is developed to predict thermal fields in glass fiber/polyethylene terephthalate (GF/PET) composites with reduced computational cost. By combining effective material homogenization, validation against literature data, and Gaussian‐process‐based optimization, the study reveals how heating limits, pulling speed,

Projection methods for systems of equations /
The solutions of systems of linear and nonlinear equations occurs in many situations and is therefore a question of major interest. Advances in computer technology has made it now possible to consider systems exceeding several hundred thousands of ...

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

A class of alternate strip-based domain decomposition methods for elliptic partial differential Equations [PDF]
The domain decomposition strategies proposed in this thesis are efficient preconditioning techniques with good parallelism properties for the discrete systems which arise from the finite element approximation of symmetric elliptic boundary value problems

Modified Iterative Methods for Solving Fully Fuzzy Linear Systems
In the present chapter, we give an overview of computational iterative schemes for fuzzy system of linear equations. We also consider fully fuzzy linear systems (FFLS) and demonstrate a class of the existing iterative methods using the splitting approach

Fostering Innovation: Streamlining Magnetocaloric Materials Research by Digitalization
Magnetocaloric cooling (MCE) is an environmentally friendly refrigeration method with great potential. Optimizing MCE materials involves the preparation and screening of large quantities of samples, which in turn generates a large amount of data. A digitalization approach is presented that uses ontologies, knowledge graphs, and digital workflows to ...
