Field ecology of sylvatic Rhodnius populations (Heteroptera, Triatominae): risk factors for palm tree infestation in western Ecuador. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Most Rhodnius species (Triatominae) are primarily associated with palm trees. They maintain enzootic Trypanosoma cruzi transmission and are responsible for human infection (causing Chagas disease) through the Neotropics. Assessing whether individual palm

Development of a green fluorescent tagged strain of Aspergillus carbonarius to monitor fungal colonization in grapes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
An enhanced green fluorescent protein has been used to tag an OTA-producing strain of Aspergillus carbonarius (W04-40) isolated from naturally infected grape berries. Transformation of the fungus was mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens.

Egy új Phytophthora-faj jellemzése és formális leírása = Characterization and formal description of a new Phytophthora species [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Az algákkal rokon növénykórokozó fitoftórák súlyos gazdasági és környezeti károkat okoznak világszerte. Közülük több is szerepet játszik az erdőpusztulásként ismert összetett ökológiai jelenségben.
