Advanced Science, EarlyView.Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.TP53 loss in a transforming or osteosarcoma cell promotes cytosolic DNA accumulation, activating NF‐κB‐dependent IFN‐β production. Autocrine IFN‐β signaling increases cell‐surface HLA‐Ia expression, strengthens inhibitory KIR signaling in natural killer cells, and thereby enables the affected cell to evade NK cell‐mediated cytotoxicity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies β‐adducin as a regulator of lysosomal integrity in ischemic neurons. Ischemia‐associated FTO loss increases m6A modification and destabilizes Add2 mRNA, reducing β‐adducin expression and promoting PLA2G4A accumulation at lysosomes.
