An ATP‐Mediated Antibiotic β‐Peptide Nanofiber That Kills Multidrug‐Resistant Bacteria via a Multistage Mechanism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The 3K‐AP system forms infinite supramolecular fibrils that undergo controlled degradation into shorter fragments upon enzymatic hydrolysis. Multitechnique imaging reveals a stepwise bacteriolytic mechanism involving bacterial entrapment, disassembly into lethal constructs, and associated extracellular vesicle release, highlighting the dynamic ...

Absorption‐Dominant Electromagnetic Interference Shielding of Ti3C2Tx MXene‐Coated and Fe3O4‐Integrated TPMS Composites with Coupled Gradient Conductivity and Size‐Graded Structure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A functionally driven variable‐cell size and gradient‐conductive coated TPMS structure was developed. Accordingly, stepwise longitudinal gradient impedance was realized, achieving absorption‐dominant EMI shielding (absorptivity≈0.85) with an EMI SET of ≈ 59 dB, for 10 mm‐thick composites. Further increasing the thickness of composites to 20 mm achieved

JWST Near-infrared Spectroscopy of High-albedo Jupiter Trojans: A New Surface Type in the Trojan Belt

open access: yesThe Planetary Science Journal
We present 0.8–5 μ m JWST spectra of four  ~20 km diameter Jupiter Trojans known to have albedos elevated above the values typical in the remaining Trojan population.

A survey of solar wind conditions at 5 AU: A tool for interpreting solar wind-magnetosphere interactions at Jupiter

open access: yesFrontiers in Astronomy and Space Sciences, 2014
We examine Ulysses solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) observations at 5 AU for two ~13 month intervals during the rising and declining phases of solar cycle 23 and the predicted response of the Jovian magnetosphere during these times. The

High‐Density and Scalable Graphene Hall Sensor Arrays Through Monolithic CMOS Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work explores strategies to create high‐density arrays of graphene Hall‐effect magnetic field sensors through monolithic integration with silicon CMOS biasing and multiplexing circuitry. High sensor yield and magnetic sensing performance are achieved through careful choices in the custom CMOS chip design and the graphene integration process.

Breaking the Durability–Power Trade‐Off: Boron‐Directed Faceted O3 Cathodes for High‐Rate Sodium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Boron‐oxide‐assisted particle engineering stabilizes O3‐type layered cathodes for sodium‐ion batteries by mitigating phase transitions and lattice strain. Acting as flux and structural modifier, boron forms submicron hexagonal platelets with (003) facets and expanded Na‐layer spacing, enabling rapid Na⁺ diffusion and mechanical resilience.
