Current concepts in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocations.
To conduct a systematic review of the literature in relation to 3 considerations in determining treatment options for patients with acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocations: (1) operative versus nonoperative management, (2) early versus delayed surgical

In rheumatoid arthritis, synovial Tregs accumulate but are functionally impaired due to iron overload‐induced ferroptosis. This triggers mitochondrial dysfunction and TXK tyrosine kinase‐mediated signaling, leading to Treg destabilization and inflammation.

Schematic showing a stretchable triboelectric nanogenerator based on interlocked wavy architectures that uses EGaIn microflower‐embedded PVDF‐TrFE and Nylon‐6 nanofiber membranes. The multi‐petaled, electron‐rich EGaIn microflowers enhance interfacial polarization and capacitance, while the interlocked wavy architecture enlarges the effective contact ...

Senolytic Therapy as a Preventive Strategy for Spine Degeneration and Pain
Cellular senescence promotes inflammation, tissue degeneration, and chronic back pain. In sparc‐null mice, early oral administration of the senolytic agents o‐vanillin and RG‐7112 reduced senescent cell burden and pro‐inflammatory SASP signaling across intervertebral discs, endplates, vertebral bone, and spinal cord.

Management of temporomandibular joint dislocations in the emergency department - a case series
The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) or TMJ is a type of ginglymoarthrodial joint and its articulation involves both sliding and hinge type movements. Dislocation of this joint is a very painful condition and needs acute emergency care.

Whole‐genome analysis of 1,054 chickens reveals three ancestral sources (NWC, SYA, and SHF) with distinct temporal entry patterns into the Tibetan Plateau. Route‐specific selection scans, calibrated against a demographic null, suggest complementary functional enrichments—vascular homeostasis (NWC), calcium signaling and cardiac adaptation (SYA), and ...

An implantable hydrogel is designed to hold gene transfection agents engineered to turn early recurrent tumor cells into generators of synthetic EVs. These synthetic EVs can express engineered miR‐26a (E‐miR‐26a) for highly sensitive detection and PD‐1 (a PD‐L1‐blocking agent) for therapeutic intervention, thereby enabling early detection and ...
