Abstract Concomitant injuries are often present in the knee affected by anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Certain injuries are routinely identified, whereas others may be inadvertently neglected. Such injuries include lesions to the posteromedial meniscocapsular‐extra‐articular attachments.
