Tailored Synthesis of Doped Non‐Layered Oxide Nanosheets Using Designed Solid‐State Surfactants

This work reports a solid‐state surfactant templating method that enables precise doping of non‐layered oxide nanosheets. Using ceria and rare‐earth elements as model systems, we established design principles for solid‐state surfactants containing multiple elements.

Asymmetrically Fluorinated Phenyl 4‐biphenylcarboxylate Motifs as a Design Principle for Enantiotropic Ferroelectric Liquid Crystals

The effect of the structural arrangement of DIO and its analogs on ferroelectric phases is explored. Consequently, it is found that an asymmetrically fluorinated phenyl 4‐biphenylcaroboxylate skeleton is one of the favorable structural motifs for the emergence of enantiotropic ferroelectric liquid crystal phases.

Imaging Electric Polarization Switching in Multilayer Graphene

Domain wall sliding‐induced electric polarization switching is directly observed for the first time in multilayer graphene, enabled by a novel optical readout method. The polarization switching is realized upon application of global and local electric fields, and mechanical forces between neighboring polar domains of opposite out‐of‐plane polarizations

Unconventional Hysteretic Charge Filling in Moiré‐Reconstructed Helical Trilayer Graphene

In helical trilayer graphene, sequential twisting reconstructs the moiré landscape into periodic domains separated by aperiodic boundaries. Longitudinal transport reveals sweep‐direction‐dependent hysteresis, while the Hall response traces this behavior to hysteretic charge filling at the aperiodic boundaries.

Molecular Mobility of N‐Acetylgalactosamine‐Modified Cyclodextrins on a Polyrotaxane for Highly Efficient Liver Targeting of Antibody Chimeras and Genome‐Editing Ribonucleoproteins

Monovalent N‐acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc)‐modified polyrotaxane enables efficient liver targeting by utilizing ligand mobility. The sliding and rotating cyclic components i.e., cyclodextrin in the polyrotaxane dynamically cluster GalNAc moieties, thereby mimicking trivalent interactions with asialoglycoprotein receptors.
