A multicenter analysis of 1364 elective/rescue cerclages in Brazil: Perinatal outcomes, complications, and the role of vaginal progesterone

Abstract Objective To evaluate perinatal outcomes in women undergoing cervical cerclage for prevention of preterm birth in Brazilian maternity hospitals. Methods This retrospective cohort study included 1364 women with singleton pregnancies who underwent elective or rescue cervical cerclage between December 2003 and November 2025.

Spatial Patterns of Seed Plants and Their Conservation Priorities in Jiangxi Province, China 中国江西省种子植物的空间格局及其保护优先区

We comprehensively evaluated the seed plant diversity of Jiangxi province to address the regional biodiversity conservation of Asian subtropical evergreen broad‐leaved forests (EBLFs). Higher species diversity of seed plants was observed in eastern, southern, and western Jiangxi, with elevation and precipitation as mainly environmental factors.
