Integrated structural analysis of N. vulgaris formate dehydrogenase AB, an enzyme with applications in climate change mitigation, is reported. The substrate/product diffusion pathways were fully mapped, and a retention site was identified that transiently holds substrates and has a key role in CO2‐reducing activity.

Manipulation of binding affinity between monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) has been leveraged to extend mAb half-life; however, the steps required for success remain ambiguous and experimental observations are inconsistent.

Alkyltriphenylphosphonium Binding to Cardiolipin Triggers Oncosis in Cancer Cells
Alkyltriphenylphosphonium, exemplified by TPP+‐C14, preferentially accumulates in mitochondria and selectively binds to cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of the inner mitochondrial membrane, causing loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, severe cellular ATP depletion, and calcium imbalance.

Temporal and Cell‐Specific Regulation of Synaptic Homeostasis by the Chromatin Remodeler Chd1
Chd1, the Drosophila homologue of mammalian CHD2 ‐ a gene linked to autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disability, is required for synaptic homeostatic plasticity. Chd1 in glia is necessary for the rapid induction of synaptic homeostasis, whereas Chd1 in motoneurons, muscle, and glia is critical for long‐term maintenance.

Molecular mechanism of central nervous system repair by the Drosophila NG2 homologue kon-tiki
Glial cells help central nervous system injury repair, but this is limited by the failure of newly produced glial cells to differentiate. Here, Losada-Perez et al.

A spectrally and kinetically multiplexed single‐molecule imaging method is developed, which achieved simultaneous imaging of 12 exosomal proteins at an unparalleled single‐copy resolution. It is found that co‐occurrence of α6 integrin and the pairing β counterpart on single exosomes is essential for lung targeting, providing valuable information for ...
