高温、利多卡因、足叶乙苷联合法体外净化白血病细胞

采用体外造血细胞培养技术,应用高温、利多卡因、足叶乙苷(足叶乙甙,VP-16)联合法,研究其在体外对白血病细胞的杀伤作用。结果表明:高温、利多卡因、VP-16三者联用比高温+利多卡因、高温+VP-16,能更有效地杀伤白血病细胞,而正常粒单系克隆形成单位(GM-CFU)仍约有50%存活。41℃60min+0.75mmol/L利多卡因+8.5μmol/LVP-16联合处理后,HL-60、U937、K562细胞分别只存活0.01%、9.40%、33.66%。另外,从这个联合方案说明对于不同类型的白血病效果不一,
