This study explores the tunable elasto‐viscoplastic properties of Carbopol‐PEO blends for 3D printing. Using rheo‐SAXS and dimensionless analysis, it identifies optimal printability regimes and reveals how nanoscale structural relaxation governs die swelling and deposition behavior.
