Jurnal Kimia Riset, 2017 Penyimpanan madu akan dapat mempengaruhi mutu. Suhu penyimpanan untuk madu yang terbaik adalah 36 – 38 o C dengan kelembaban 75 – 78 persen. Dengan cara ini madu dapat tahan 2 – 4 minggu lamanya tanpa banyak mengalami penurunan mutu.
