Access to the Kaon Radius with Kaonic Atoms
Herein, a method to determine the kaon radius from the spectra of kaonic atoms by analyzing the few lowest‐lying transitions in a wide nuclear charge range is proposed, taking into account leading‐order QED and nuclear‐size effects. Additionally, the opportunities for extracting the kaon mass and nuclear radii are demonstrated.

Revisiting the Limits of Atmospheric Temperature Retrieval From Cosmic‐Ray Measurements
Abstract A priori, cosmic‐ray measurements offer a unique capability to determine the vertical profile of atmospheric temperatures directly from ground. However, despite the increased understanding of the impact of the atmosphere on cosmic‐ray rates, attempts to explore the technological potential of the latter for atmospheric physics remain very ...

Exploring Anomalies by Many‐Body Correlations
Reinterpreting the many‐body averaging a connection to Pauli–Villars regularization is established, which gives the quantum trace anomaly a new interpretation as arising from quantum fluctuations by many‐body correlations at short distances. Effective many‐body quantum potentials avoid such anomaly but approach the same anomalous result.

Hunting for Direct CP Violation in B¯s0⟶π+π−K∗0
In perturbative QCD approach, based on the first order of isospin symmetry breaking, we study the direct CP violation in the decay of B¯s0⟶ρωK∗0⟶π+π−K∗0. An interesting mechanism is applied to enlarge the CP violating asymmetry involving the charge symmetry breaking between ρ and ω.

Extension of the axiomatic analyticity domain: Kaon-Kaon and Pion-Kaon scattering [PDF]
In this paper we collect some extended domains of validity of dispersion relations for the reactions K + K → K + K, K +\(\bar K\) → K +\(\bar K\), K +\(\bar K\) →\(\bar K\) + K, π + K → π + K, π + K → K + π, K +\(\bar K\) → π + π. The results are shown in Fig. 3, 4 and 8.

Abstract This work examines atmospheric effects on cosmic ray counts observed by a Water‐Cherenkov detector at the Argentine Antarctic Marambio Station. We analyze the influence of ground‐level barometric pressure and geopotential height at various pressure levels on daily particle rates, finding the strongest association at 100 hPa, linked to ...
