Extracting Kinetic Freeze‐Out Properties in High‐Energy Collisions Using a Multisource Thermal Model
Advances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2024, Issue 1, 2024.We study the transverse momentum (pT) spectra of neutral pions and identified charged hadrons produced in proton–proton (pp), deuteron–gold (d–Au), and gold–gold (Au–Au) collisions at the center of mass energy sNN=200 GeV. The study is made in the framework of a multisource thermal model used in the partonic level.

Kaons and quark-gluon plasma [PDF]
Physical Review C, 1985 The relative multiplicity abundance ${\mathrm{K}}^{+}$/${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\pi}}}^{+}$ and ${\mathrm{K}}^{+}$/${\mathrm{p}}^{+}$ arising in quark-gluon plasma formed in high energy nuclear collisions is determined. It is shown how these ratios assist in discriminating between various reaction channels.

KAON Factory study : KAON international consultations
, 2017 Foreign participation is essential for KAON to proceed. Of the 800 scientists expected to work at KAON, two thirds would come from abroad, and one-third would be from Canada. TRIUMF/KAON staff had estimated that foreign participation in components valued at S200M was a reasonable target.

Physics Letters B, 2004 We present an updated discussion of $K\ra \bar{l} l$ decays in a combined framework of chiral perturbation theory and Large--$N_c$ QCD, which assumes the dominance of a minimal narrow resonance structure in the invariant mass dependence of the $ \bar{l} l$ pair.

Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 2014 Final results from an analysis of about 400 K± → π±γγ rare decay candidates collected by the NA48/2 and NA62 experiments at CERN are presented. The results include a model-independent decay rate measurement and fits to Chiral Perturbation Theory (ChPT) description. The data support the ChPT prediction for a cusp in the di-photon invariant mass spectrum
