Investigation on TCF Bleaching of Tobacco stalk ( Nicotiana tabacum L.'Coker 347') Soda Pulp [PDF]
In this study the effect of different values of peroxide in three levels 3%, 4%, 5% and sodium hydroxide in two levels 2%, 3%, on bleaching of tobacco stalks ( Nicotiana tabacum L. 'PVH 19') soda pulp was investigated.

The effects of hot water pre-extraction and alkaline catalyzed on soda-AQ pulping of kenaf whole stem [PDF]
In the present study the effects of hot water pre-extraction and alkaline catalyzed were evaluated on soda-aq pulping of kenaf whole stem. In this respect, following kenaf chips pre-extraction at various temperature and time conditions, pulp preparation ...

Comparative Investigation on the properties of Soda and Soda-Ethanol pulps from three hardwoods [PDF]
Strength properties and the yield of soda and soda-ethanol pulps produced using hornbeam, beech and poplar woods were investigated. Soda pulps were produced applying 20% active alkali and the soda-ethanol pulps were made using 10% active alkali and 50 ...

Elman Network in Kappa Number Prediction
Abstract Abstract Variations in the pulp quality are mainly due to variations in the quality of wood chips used for pulping. Moisture content of chips, chip size and chip composition vary, and the measurements to reflect these variations do not always exist.

Effects of washing method on the bagasse pulping characteristics by Sulfur Dioxide- Ethanol-Water (SEW) process [PDF]
SO2-ethanol-water (SEW) pulping can be considered a hybrid between solvent and acid sulfite pulping processes. Recently this process in order to separation the principal components (cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin) have been considered.

The number of L_{infty,kappa}-equivalent non-isomorphic models for kappa weakly compact
For a cardinal kappa and a model M of cardinality kappa let No(M) denote the number of non-isomorphic models of cardinality kappa which are L_{infty,kappa}--equivalent to M. In [Sh:133] Shelah established that when kappa is a weakly compact cardinal and mu<=kappa is a nonzero cardinal, there exists a model M of cardinality kappa with No(M)=mu.

ABSTRACT Background Neurotoxicity is a rare, often dose‐limiting adverse effect of methotrexate (MTX) therapy that disproportionally affects Latino children. Factors contributing to the observed disparity are not well understood. This study leveraged admixture mapping to identify genetic regions associated with MTX‐related neurotoxicity susceptibility ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
