Phytopathology, 2022
Due to the lack of effective disease management measures, tea leaf spot, caused by the fungal phytopathogen Didymella segeticola (Q. Chen) Q. Chen, Crous & L. Cai (syn. Phoma segeticola), is an important foliar disease.

The impact of food processing on kasugamycin residues: findings and implications
International Journal of Environmental Analytical ChemistryFood processing operations play a significant role in the residual levels. Therefore, investigations into the fate of residues on food and their by-products are necessary to ensure food safety. We established an analytical method for the determination of

Mechanism of Kasugamycin Resistance in Escherichia coli
Nature New Biology, 1972Strains of Escherichia coli are resistant to the antibiotic kasugamycin due to the partial non-methylation of 16S ribosomal RNA. An RNA methylase activity, absent from resistant strains, is shown here to methylate in vitro the 16S RNA of resistant as well as sensitive strains.

Simultaneous analysis of blasticidin S and kasugamycin with micellar liquid chromatography
, 2020A simple and fast micellar liquid chromatographic (M LC) method for simultaneous analysis of the antibiotic fungicides of blasticidin S and kasugamycin was developed. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Phenomenex® Aqua 5μC18 I25 A column.

Residues and Dynamics of Kasugamycin in Chilli and Soil
Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, 2012A simple and efficient method for determination of kasugamycin in chilli and soil was developed, and the fate of kasugamycin in chilli field ecosystem was also studied. Kasugamycin residues were extracted from sample, cleaned up by solid phase extraction and chromatographic column and then determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography with ...

Continuous Culture of Immobilized Streptomyces Cells for Kasugamycin Production
Biotechnology Progress, 2001AbstractContinuous cultures of immobilized Streptomyces kasugaensis, a kasugamycin producer, were carried out on Celite beads. When using a prototype separator for immobilized‐cell separation and recycling, the continuous operation could not be sustained for an extended period as a result of an excessive loss of immobilized cells caused by the poor ...
