Identification of Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor Targeting Type I Interferon and B Cell Abnormalities in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is characterized by increased Type I interferon (IFN‐I) and autoantibody production. This study aimed to identify drugs that can inhibit both IFN‐I and autoantibody production. Methods We identified an inhibitor of IFN‐I production from a chemical library.

Ultra‐High‐Efficiency On‐Chip CO2 Conversion by Nanosecond Self‐Pulsing Micro‐Plasma Devices

Genetic differentiation and adaptive evolution of buff‐tailed bumblebees in Asia

This study investigates the genetic differentiation and local adaptation of the buff‐tailed bumblebee (Bombus terrestris) across its European and Asian populations. Using whole‐genome resequencing, we identified distinct genetic differences between populations, with Asian B. terrestris representing a unique genetic resource.
