WTAP‐mediated m6A RNA methylation promotes diabetic foot ulcer healing under negative pressure wound therapy

NPWT significantly increases the suppressed WTAP and m6A levels in DFU patients, correlating directly with better 4‐week healing outcomes. In vitro, negative pressure reverses high‐glucose‐induced WTAP downregulation, restoring the cell proliferation and migration necessary for wound repair.

AbstractA case is presented in which a large infected keloid of the back of the neck was widely excised and the edges of the tumor were injected with triamcinolone acetate. The area was covered with partial thickness skin graft. The steroid injections were continued postoperatively. At fourteen months follow‐up, there is no evidence of recurrence.
